Our Commitment
At Snorkeling Duty, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help — simply contact us and we will make it right.
Return Window
We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
How to Request a Return
To start a return or report an issue, contact us at dutycorp.auto@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the problem.
In most cases, we will resolve your issue with a full refund or free replacement — without requiring you to ship the item back. This makes the process faster and simpler for you.
If a return shipment is required, we will provide you with full instructions and a prepaid return label where applicable. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused, with original tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at dutycorp.auto@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount code
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to contact us at dutycorp.auto@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement once your return request is approved.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return or issue is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at dutycorp.auto@gmail.com.
