SHIPPING POLICY

Our Commitment

At Snorkeling Duty, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.


2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to the following countries:

3. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

All delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date of purchase.

Please note: These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions or other events beyond our control.


4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs, where applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Every order includes full tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours.

You can track your order at any time by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number
  • Contacting us at dutycorp.auto@gmail.com with your order number

Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.


6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

Snorkeling Duty ships internationally. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by your destination country upon arrival.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. They are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

We recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Snorkeling Duty will not be responsible for any customs fees, import taxes or delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Snorkeling Duty is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Check all possible delivery locations around your property
  3. Wait 48 hours — sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely
  4. Contact us at dutycorp.auto@gmail.com if you still cannot locate your package

We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.


8. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at dutycorp.auto@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged item
  • A clear photo of the damaged packaging

We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.


9. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Snorkeling Duty is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at dutycorp.auto@gmail.com. We will do our best to update your address if your order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.


10. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.


11. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages and arrive on different dates. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package. There is no additional charge for split shipments.


12. SHIPPING DELAYS

While we make every effort to meet our estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • High volume periods such as holidays and sales events
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Carrier delays or disruptions
  • Weather events or natural disasters
  • Force majeure events

In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. If your order is delayed by more than 30 business days, please contact us at dutycorp.auto@gmail.com and we will investigate and provide a solution.


13. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, contact us immediately at dutycorp.auto@gmail.com with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our Refund Policy.
